  • Absolutely masterful compositions by the great Pierre Arvay. The tracks are sublime, with dark and mysterious undertones and haunting melodies. As the title suggests, the compositions have elements of ancient music in them, yet to my ear they sound quite contemporary and modern. Yet you can tell that Pierre was very influenced on this album by ancient music. It really is a mesmerizing mixture of old and new.. Truly a beautiful gem of an album. This is god-level library music and one of the finest albums you will ever hear. Bravo, Mr. Arvay!
