Listened to this once. Not as horrible as the latest Pussy Lounge (5) but still really weak and boring. Even some of the "hardcore" tracks on CD1 sound like EDM. I bought this to hear the old-school classics but they've all unfortunately been remade for this album. (Yes, you can call the first disc an album with no sweat.) "Mixing, mashing and twisting" stands here, sadly, for an attempt to mass appeal, cross-over potential and making compromises after compromises after compromises. Truly underestimating the listener and an underachievement, too, if I may add.CD2 had my hopes up for a while – I even heard some jump/tek tracks in the beginning that I hadn't heard before, but then it turns quickly into the same mindless EDM rubbish just as the majority of "hardstyle" on disc two. (Rubbísh would've been a better name for this compilation, actually!) The tracks supposed to be Frenchtek sound just like the hardstyle ones with that same, lame kick. Trying to reach out for the biggest possible audience with the smallest common denominator (that being subpar, bulk night-club-EDM) fails horridly as Dr. Phunk joins as the latest addition on the hardstyle bandwagon. Underground turns into mainstream – that's how it goes, I know. But if they really make money with this kind of muck, I'll be amazed – and sad. "WTF?" indeed.
