Title on front cover is simply "Franz Berwald", while on spine and back it is "Franz Berwald (1796-1868)". Laminated sleeve. Black labels with "His Master's Voice" in red in a large font, other text and a small HMV logo in silver.

Translated from credits on sleeve: "Recorded by Swedish national radio in the grand hall of the Musical Academy on the 10th and 11th May 1966". According to the notes, the record was produced to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Berwald's death, indicating a 1968 release. No conclusive release date can be found on sleeve or record, however. Labels give (P) 1966.
